I am a CMT that promote more holistic healing practices. My speciality is healing people through the power of touch by addressing the person as a whole, aiming to support the health of their mind, body, and soul, rather than just treating symptoms of illness. These practices include yoga, tai chi, herbal medicines, massage, and reflexology. Jade Hot Stone is my favorite since its promotes positive energy. Using chakras stones during meditation can help to unblock and align energy centers.

I am experienced in swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and thai yoga massage. The number one thing i recommend to my clients is Vaccum Suction Treatments since I believe in order to be healthy one must take the toxin, excess oils and water retention from the inside.
